How can I track my shipment?
Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can check the status of your order at any time using our tracking link.
How do returns work?
You can return or exchange items within 14 days of receipt. Please note that the item must be unworn and in its original packaging. For more information, please visit our returns page.
What can I do if items are out of stock?
Sign up for our newsletter to be informed when the item is back in stock.
Where is it being shipped from?
As a German company, we ship exclusively from Germany with the shipping service provider DHL. Shipments are always sent with tracking and insurance.
How much is shipping?
For orders under €70, shipping costs €3.90. For orders over €70, shipping is free.
