We Offer a 14-Day Return Policy

This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or another proof of purchase. The cost of return shipping is covered by the buyer and amounts to €5.90, which will be deducted from the refund.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom-made items (e.g., special orders or personalized products), and personal care items (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you received. Once the return is accepted, you can purchase the new item in a separate transaction.

European Union – 14-Day Withdrawal Period

Regardless of the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason. As stated above, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or another proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
